How to Use Respyria Nasal Dilator

    I have a deviated septum that forces me to sleep on my left side so I can breathe at night. I’ve tried many different products, but these are the best hands-down. It’s obviously going to vary person to person. But chances are if you have trouble breathing out of one of your nostrils, this is going to help you a lot.

    So, these truly do work at keeping your nasal passages open and getting more airflow. However, I am still trying to adjust to sleeping with them. They are not comfortable. Definitely get the kit with the different sizes bc getting the right size helps with comfort.

    Lately my wife had been waking me up telling me , you are snoring so loud I don’t want you to but you should go in the spare bedroom so she can sleep I saw these and thought they were worth a try as we hate sleeping apart .     Honestly, these are just like all the others out there in the style. Once you know your size, you know what you want. So the 12 pack is good once you’ve zeroed in on what you need. However, I can’t imagine how long it would take me to need all 12 of these. That said it’s a great value for what you get and they won’t go bad.

    I put them in before bed and they fall out in 10 minutes or less. I wasted money... again 3/4/26 update: Respyria saw my post and issued a full refund, so I am upgrading from two stars to five stars for customer service. Maybe it will work for you. Might be worth a try if they are willing to give a refund.

    Feels weird but you get used to it. I like that it doesn’t come out even tossing and turning. Fershure improved my sleep I don’t wake up as tired or cotton mouth. I also have been tracking my snore and you can see a significant change. First pic is without second is with.

    I’ve tried everything to get better sleep…pillows, toppers, etc. but I always wake up tired and with a headache and foggy brain. The first night I wore this I had set my alarm for 5:30am, I woke up on my own and thought I had woke up just before my alarm because I had felt fully rested. I looked at my clock and it was only 12:30am, I laid back down and fell back asleep. The next day I had training at work and had to do physical/ground fighting tactics. I had a lot of energy and a clear head and the feeling of a fully rested body. This product completely opened up my passageways and I was getting oxygen to my lungs like I never had before. I’m mad at myself for not looking into this sooner…this is really a life changer!

    I was using the cone style dilators prior to trying this different style. The cone type worked okay, but were uncomfortable. Despite being uncomfortable I wore them for the last few years. Recently after getting a defective batch of the cone style I went shopping and found these Mute Nasal Dilators. Pros: 1) These are a lot lighter, so light in fact that I forgot I had it in my nose and wore them until 1:30 in the afternoon. 2) These don't irritate my nose like the cone type did, they are soft enough that I don't notice them. 3) These work better to open my nostrils and help me breath. Cons: 1) The price is a bit absurd for what they are. They are too expensive. At half the price they would still be pushing it. 2) I wish they had an X-Large size, yes these fit and dilate the nostrils but even the large are not as effective as they could be for those of us who have larger nostrils. Summary: I recommend these. They helped with my issues and for that I recommend them.

    Ill be honest I bought this and about 3 other types of nasal dilators in desperation and wasn't very hopeful that it would be worth the money....the difference was instantaneous and they weren't nearly as uncomfortable as they looked, I started out with the medium size and extended the paddles all the way out and put them in, it was like someone had poured cool refreshing water over I man dying in the desert as soon as inserted them. My wife was shocked at my expression. I don't wanna take them out period. If only it didn't look like it was a bull going to market.

    These work very well for me....you insert it inside your nose to open it up. Was really surprised at the difference they make. Apparently, the structure of my nose restricts my airflow and these open my nose up. I use a CPAP and these are wonderful. Be sure and get the trial pack first which comes with one each small medium and large before you guess at what size fits your nose.

    These are a god send product, I get a lot of sinus inflammation at night and these help me to breathe well enough that I don’t rely on afrin or other nasal sprays. I have piercings in both nostrils and can still use this, it just causes mild soreness to the piercing afterwards but it hasn’t caused any damage/tearing to the skin around the piercings

Let me tell you, I put these in before going to sleep, and they keep my nostrils open, and even moist, all night long. No more waking up either being unable to breathe, or from slobbering all over my pillow and waking up with my face in a puddle of my own spit. And they're so comfortable I forget I'm even wearing them. And a 12-pack of reusable ones for the price can't be beat. I've actually only used two pairs so far, washing them with soap and water every morning while I'm washing my face and hands, and just letting them air dry until I need them again that night.
